Hi, I'm Levi, founder of Fancy Twig Farm. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional product that allows our customers to support sustainable land management and our research of this underappreciated tree crop. 

At Fancy Twig Farm, we know that humans are an important part of ecosystems. We believe that land looks better with people on it, and we can produce plenty of food without sacrificing soil health or biodiversity. The land where we harvest nuts is home to hundreds of other species of trees, shrubs, herbs, fungi, and animals. 

Whether you're enjoying the oil, planting trees, or learning to love foraging, we're excited to have you join us on this journey!

In our local community, our plan is to care for existing hickory forests/savannas, plant lots of free trees for anyone who wants them, and spread the word to get others involved. I want there to be enough trees in the community that everyone who wants  can harvest enough nuts for their whole year's oil supply, or make a little extra cash by selling me nuts. 

It's a long-term project. Good thing we're young :)
